Mental Wellness Warning Signs & How to Help

At AMG Light Foundation, we are committed to raising awareness about early mental wellness warning signs — especially in individuals who have not been professionally diagnosed.

Many people silently struggle with depression, anxiety, emotional trauma, or suicidal thoughts without ever seeking help. Recognizing the signs early can save a life.

We aim to equip families, churches, schools, and communities with practical guidance rooted in: Faith, Love, Care & Compassion.

Important Notice
